Slow down, block out unnecessary noise and make space for what truly matters peace, love and the cleansing of the soul. In this calendar, you will find for each day a short reflective thought, an easy spiritual exercise, and a well known spiritual wisdom let the 24 day inner preparation begin!

2026 has been an intense year for many now comes a 24 day period in which we can allow ourselves inward focus and shift to a slower pace. There is no need for elaborate, time consuming rituals the Spiritual Advent Calendar consists of simple yet soul cleansing exercises.
